Under the theme “Painting the Africa We Want”, GAAB uses art to visualize a new narrative for Africa, one of progress, unity, and modernity. This extraordinary project will stretch across 56km, symbolizing the continent’s 55 nations and the African diaspora, merging into a tapestry of African dreams, aspirations, and innovations.

Our Work
We are bringing together 56,000 artists from 55 African countries and the diaspora to collectively create the longest art banner in the world.
By highlighting Africa’s diverse artistic talents, we aim to increase visibility and expand opportunities for African creatives in the international art market.

GAAB Africa provides workshops, mentorship, and resources to educate and inspire the next generation of African artists.
